The fast food culture is not new.In ancient Indic culture,duets which contained immense value in two lines,mostly written by not very educated saints.
Similarly for body some fast foods which are completely free of harmful additives are very common oat present.
To name few;Sattu(flour of roasted corn or food grains),Chewda(pressed rise after semi boiling).
We have similarly to dip into the ancient healing medicines and exercises or yoga to find very potent and free methods to keep fit mentally as well as physically.

FAITH AND FAITHFULNESS
Faith is a very vast term.It is said that faith moves mountains.All the humanity is standing on this fundamental.Often it is thought to be Religion.But it will be an attempt to narrow down this vast term into narrow selfish motives.Faith is much more than this.It is the fundamental of our existence,our all day today interactions,our love and hate and everything which is happening around us.If we don't have faith,we wouldn't know who our parents are,actually we would cease to exist as human race.Even animals have some faith.
But with each passing day this word has been losing it's meaning. we think in a short term gains by resorting to a breach of faith.We use it as a tool to reach our materialistic gains.
t is so simple and a shortcut for reaching the desired place.Just as we are talking about the Wormhole in Space or inter galactic or even inter-universe journey through this short cut.But it is not Physics.We may call it meta-physics.The former is a theory,but it's a fact that without faith & faithfulness we will cease to exist as we.

We have fought many wars & battles,we have resorted to mass terrorist killings of innocent civilians,either in the name of Religion,race or other violent means adopted to solve any social problem.Have we won?No. Is it not our duty to look back more objectively into the future.
I was born in 1942 and in 1947,as we got our independence after bloody religious riots,the time I have lived through all these 72 years,compels me to be really very scared about the future of our world in general and my country's 125 billion people in particular.
Please give some time to view this Movie which certainly arouse some positive feelings inside yourself.

The most interesting incidence happened a day before yesterday.Mockingly I wrote that I am going to stay in the cottage of her girl friend Montse,who owns a small cottage at the beach near Barcelona.The reaction was sudden rebuke to her that close friend,whose naked photo with this women was sent by the later to me earlier.It was also reported that she took away all the properties of her ex-boyfriend even without marrying him.Her yet another friend Emma is on my list of contacts she had as real girl friend.
All other connections which she has had in Catalonia have been reported to be the worst kind anybody can imagine.
All this suggests that she is hiding her past with everything she has under her control.Foolishly it happens so that more she hides,the more she discloses.Now that she is not responding to my long e mail sufficiently strong attracting a reply has gone unanswered.I am afraid that this might harm her as it may lead to depression.I am mighty worried.A strong dose of Peniciline also kills.I want to really help her.
As is expected,western women lay excessive importance to their body attraction and their potential to attract a male by this prowess.Her last note on my Facebook wall discloses this attitude amply.She said that she will not allow me to touch her shining skin,what to say about her shining soul!
I wonder,as to what shining remains in a 50 years old issueless lady with average features and colour.I also wonder what sexual attraction has still remained in a lady who has undergone 3 failed marriages and innumerable intimate love affairs.
I want to spread this message through this blog that trying to influence men by showing body even not fully naked or making suggestive poses are not very different than prostitution of milder kinds.A women can rise to the epic nights by her emotional qualities,her forbearance,her motherhood,sister like properties.She only falls in Love making power,how so attractive physically she may be.I can vouch for it with my own experience.In our adolescent age we used to laugh at our mental state after the end of sexual encounters,& used to say that if even the angel appears asking for a sexual favour,we shall not be interested or capable.The mindset before that used to be"if I just get her once,I shall sacrifice my life.
Such a simple mentality of males is not understood by this intelligent lady.May God give her sense!

Page-5:-I received a mail after a couple of weeks later.So the story doesn't end here.It is quite natural that even after the adversary has surrendered or has shown his unwillingness to continue fighting,the victor is just not satisfied with her total win.It can always seen as the criminal always returns to the site where he had committed the crime.A complete victory is never even achieved after the death of the enemy.A revengeful mind seeks something which not only finishes the one he hated,but also others also act in the same way he wants.
It is evident from this,therefore,that end of the fight doesn't actually ends hostility.One has to understand that if we start to find a solution through violence,we are creating reasons for more violence.We never get the solution,rather we drift farther from that.To much more widespread violence or a situation where it will never ever end.
I appreciate Mahatma Gandhi for his this vision.He saw that we will never be independent Nation or people unless we achieve it through nonviolence.It looked impossible then.People had serious doubts in his way of thinking;but he was able to justify it and thus people started joining him and as he moved forward to his goal with determination,mass movement took place.The British colonisers realised it too late and ultimately they had to give up.
Mughal rulers,however,knew that if they had to stay in power,they will have to pursue it through communal harmony.LIKE 'AKBAR' DID.
But as soon as Aurangzeb came into power by shear violence and assassinating his three brothers and captivating his own father,the beginning of the end started.He was never allowed to rest without a battle or insurgency in some part or the other in his great inherited Empire.
The 1000 years rule ended with the dethroning of the last Mughal King Bahadur Shah Zaffar,who wrote in his last poem from Rangoon,the place where he was sent as a prisoner,that he could not get even two yards of land in his Empire he called home,at the time of death.
This lady who came to India in search of peace and divinity had to subjugate someone on whose shoulders she could ride to tour India.She was impressed with the simplicity and the way even the poorest of the poor could afford to laugh,was full of appreciation for the Indian culture.But having realised that one can win the heart of an Indian easily by showing love and Faithfulness,she can't conquer the heart.
The frustration of having the only choice to return back to the same native place which was like a hell, became the flashpoint of her change of mind into a violent person.Her later mails were in testimony to her behaviour as has been narrated above with regard to violence.
One can feel good in the company of great saints and monks,like HH Dalai Lama or Amma from Kerala,but a short abrasion with them would not last long.Indic Philosophy needs deep brooding and faith.It has evolved through thousands of years of deep introspection,studies and sacrifice.Western civilisation is on the other hand based on consumerism and indebtedness to the capital-to industrialisation and export of technology.They are used to a kind of life which is opposite to the Indian and Asian ways.
So when one is not finding the answers he likes to accept,he becomes antagonist.He starts looking into the negative face of that society.Everything which was so divine,turns into a pathetic living conditions. The inhabitants are thought to be inferior and reasons of human rights violations are found in plenty.I say please come,join hands,start educating poor people,try to train them for a job which enables them to rise from that shit which you are condemning.Gandhi ordered his wife to cover the latrine of a white man,who had come as a press reporter.When she refused,there was a verbal fight.Gandhi pushed his wife out of the house in anger;but immediately realised his mistake and apologised to her.The wife in return willingly went to cover the shit the reporter had made.She said,:As a wife,my duty is to follow my husband.She remained in all the ups and downs of Gandhi's life.
This only signifies that fighting for women rights dent make the couple adversaries or in competition to each other.The marriage lasts only on compromises.Give and take,do the duties needed for proper& smooth running of the unit.They are the wheels of the vehicle which is the unit of a larger society.Most of the marriages last a life long continuity in Indic societies.No doubt,abrasions are bound to crop up,as the life proceeds,but the solution once again lies in the nonviolent response to the problem.
Unfortunately,the western world doesn't believe in this system and thus most of the marriages are failing.The ladies do get their due material share as alimony and grandiose of being free;but essentially it is just the opposite.They had to gratify so many male suiters before they get the one near their standards and by opting to separate,they are once more pushed into the same viscous circle.Is it freedom or can we call it a solution?
Nature created two genders so that the specie survives.It has left almost nil chance that we are not able to produce our next generation.If some people prefer to like a live-in relationship or live in a commune, where nobody or everybody has the right to love & live like husband and wife;all the resources are pooled and distributed equally,this is like going back to a stage of animal kingdom & jungle law.This way of society was also practiced in the Hippies era when I was studying in Germany.But it was failure and today none practice it.
We can not also ignore the climatic as well as terrain condition of the western world.One needs a minimum for survival;but for that minor adjustments in food habits and dwelling units are needed.That can never justify what they are doing nowadays.Men os erstwhile poor Nations have become wiser.The control of economy is slipping from the west to the east.21st. century belongs to the east.Africa will also follow suite and would not let them repeat any economical exploitation of their natural/human resources.
West has to readjust their policies of war or technology.Of thinking that their technology will let them lead the world or the sophisticated robotic lethal weapons will make them conquers.We are passing through a period where on one side Oil monopoly and Muslim Fundamentalism is creating chaos all around and some BRICS countries including Israel are turning the table to their dismay.Divide & Rule policy would not survive long.
With this,I hope,that my over 71 years of exposure to the Indic as well Western philosophy will have some takers now and I would be able o leave this world a better place to live for all creatures.I firmly believe in the saying in our scriptures"Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam"means the whole earth is a family;and also "Oam Shatih,Shantih,Shantih"means that we pray to god before & after every worship,let there be peace"Tis is chanted three times at the end.Similarily all that is needed for our survival has been regarded as holy and thus preservations of the Environment was emphasised.We art mostly vegetarians. FAITH AND FAITHFULNESS

As the days passed,newer developments kept on taking place in this episode.To day dt. 08.11.13, the final chapter has,probably been written.
A day earlier that person sneaked into my mutual special friend page and stated that while treating/caring drug addicts,she is so depressed that she wants to consume over dose of heroin and end her life while sitting in her car,the only asset she has.This again drew my attention to the pitiable state of a person whom I had brought around with great care and financial support.I had,naturally,rush remedy to her old situation of the date of her arrival in my house.
Cosequently,I reminded her of those days in India when she was feeling like being in heaven & treated like a princes in my house.All those far flung places she was assisted to visit and ultimately to Dalai Lama's exiled abode was let be reminded.If she really has been influenced by buddhism,the feel good factor is to come from those memories itself.I reminded her the teachings of Buddha & the agony he and thereafter his disciple Ashoka The Great,had some similarity with her own current plight.I even went further to invite her to a 'Vipasana',an assembly of interested people from allover.I offered to meet all the expense for it.
The reaction was unprecedented.As I told her that the reason could be hormonal misbalance in post menopause found normally in females of her age. I also suggested 'Sertaline' pills for feel good factor in her mind.I once again reassured her of my utmost help in letting her out of any body requirement to the best of her satis faction.
She scolded me and quoted a Psychologist's comments on the behaviour of a Psychopath,which is incurable and is by birth.I was rebuked with most dirty words and to be sent to hell to rot.I should eat my own shit and must not write her any mails.
I was also informed that Spaniards are worst kind of criminal minded cunning persons and they would kill anybody in cold blood and later sympathise or give some help to clear their apparent bad conscience.
It was clear since long that she had a chequered history and she was hiding it with all her might.Everyone commonly known to us was the worst person and I should keep distance.
She has been a rebel militant for the freedom struggle of Catalonia,Barcelona.I was earlier confided that she was hated by her father,sisters and brothers too much.She has had two failed marriages,a couple of live in disruptions and was sent to jail as well as a mental asylum where her own kith & kins tried to kill her.All of her friends were deceptive and she was helpless in want of justice by the Judiciary of Spain.She said that her moves were always monitored and the neighbours laughed behind her.But she claimed to be a tigress and ruthless one
Her contacting me appeared for two main aims.1- To separate me from my family/wife & 2-to use my place as a base to assist Kashmiri and Sikh militants.
Having been exposed,I urged upon her to choose between my friendship and social service project in my village or those people whom I hated to be enemy of my country.She made her choice and went back to her home without money or any job.
Professionally she is an Auxiallery nurse.She got a job later;but I was surprised when she wrote to me that she has earned in the month of August more than I could earn in a year.Once I posted her photos on my Facebook and one friend wrote back that she was a 'Matahari' like spy and has been receiving regular income.I could hardly believe that.But even then I tried my level best to desist her from involving in such criminal activities.I even threatened her to expose her.That would have resulted in a red alert for her deportation to India.But no. I still believe that one has to take the other route of persuasion and preaching.
Ultimately,I have come to the conclusion that brain washed people can seldom be retrieved back to a normal life.They never hear to reasons.It's a passion.
I will have to go to meet her people who hated her and to see that is it really so in Spain?

She scolded me and quoted a Psychologist's comments on the behaviour of a Psychopath,which is incurable and is by birth.I was rebuked with most dirty words and to be sent to hell to rot.I should eat my own shit and must not write her any mails.
I was also informed that Spaniards are worst kind of criminal minded cunning persons and they would kill anybody in cold blood and later sympathise or give some help to clear their apparent bad conscience.
It was clear since long that she had a chequered history and she was hiding it with all her might.Everyone commonly known to us was the worst person and I should keep distance.
She has been a rebel militant for the freedom struggle of Catalonia,Barcelona.I was earlier confided that she was hated by her father,sisters and brothers too much.She has had two failed marriages,a couple of live in disruptions and was sent to jail as well as a mental asylum where her own kith & kins tried to kill her.All of her friends were deceptive and she was helpless in want of justice by the Judiciary of Spain.She said that her moves were always monitored and the neighbours laughed behind her.But she claimed to be a tigress and ruthless one
Her contacting me appeared for two main aims.1- To separate me from my family/wife & 2-to use my place as a base to assist Kashmiri and Sikh militants.
Having been exposed,I urged upon her to choose between my friendship and social service project in my village or those people whom I hated to be enemy of my country.She made her choice and went back to her home without money or any job.
Professionally she is an Auxiallery nurse.She got a job later;but I was surprised when she wrote to me that she has earned in the month of August more than I could earn in a year.Once I posted her photos on my Facebook and one friend wrote back that she was a 'Matahari' like spy and has been receiving regular income.I could hardly believe that.But even then I tried my level best to desist her from involving in such criminal activities.I even threatened her to expose her.That would have resulted in a red alert for her deportation to India.But no. I still believe that one has to take the other route of persuasion and preaching.
Ultimately,I have come to the conclusion that brain washed people can seldom be retrieved back to a normal life.They never hear to reasons.It's a passion.
I will have to go to meet her people who hated her and to see that is it really so in Spain?
It is my patriot duty and the strong urge of my mind to scratch the bottom of truth.If one such case is solved,many more miseries will be avoided.God Help me.

Today dated 4th.October 2013 is an very important day regarding this blog.I have been threatened by the same person to death whom I was emotionally attached so much,I have yet to understand as to whyshe is picking querels for absolutely no reason.I have in my 71 years have never met a person who is so sensible and doing such nonsense.Whenever I start talking in the best possible manner,I meet with abusive curses.I am unable to understand lso why such instances have been occurring since we came in contact and the name to this friendship,I gave was Hate and love relationship.We have exchanged worst as well as best ones
It is certainly not for difference in our backgroundsIt is also not for clashes between two cultures of nationality,nor any foreseeable reason.It is an unique and strange relationship.I have tried my level best to scratch the bottom.I have left no stone unturned and have ben patient,beyond my capabilities.Although I have not taken the beating just lying down and at times reacted many times with controlled contempt;but the blow from her has been of the most serious nature.It was really of a kind which a desperate person can do.The accumulated hatred of all her life of 49 years,her failed childhood,her failed marriages(3) AND SOME LOVE AFFAIRS,have made her almost derailed.The free lancer profession of a gyritric auxiliary nurse may also be a reason.But even after being sent to a mental asylam and tried to be assacinated by her own near and dears is really beyond any explantion.Whenever the slightest mention of that and the solustion suggested to her is known to her by the nearest people,her reaction is very violent.
In the beginning she did promise me to empty all her these hidden pain towards all those who ever came near her,but it never happened.She stayed in my house and was treated in the best possible manner,but no ice was broken.She is definitely a sex starved women.She claimed to be extremely spiritual,but none of the gurus could have an lasting impact on her psyche.
The Facebook wall,the three private Gmail addresses,the Skype iD I created to be at peace and secured on this media also had no positive results.
She with lots of curses and wishing me death and taking all the shit with me from this world is of even more startling experience as contained in her small hateful small post on my message box of the Facebook page where only two of us are as friends,nobody else.
Before I write my own very impartial analysis of the personality of such a lady,I shall need more brooding & go through voluminous message exchanes between us for over 3 years.Most of them are archived by me in real time.
My readers will have to wait till such time.I am sure that the story will become a very successful abvise to all my 10260 friends on my other Facebooh walls,

The real story unfolded thereafter soon.I was stunned to read mails from her in total disharmony to what has been experienced and told to me by her during her stay in India.It was communicated through e mails that I was the most devilish person who ever lived on earth.The reasons were that I was insisting her to mend her ways and desist from her so assumed role of a savior of Kashmiri Militant groups.She even accused me of manipulation to subjugate her as a slave and she is a free bird.She went to the extent of belonging to the group of industrialist,bankers,manipulators and a capitalist hypocrite.Two remarks which stuck me hard were;
1-She has earned in the month of August 2013 more than I earn in the whole year. &
2-She did make the pan-Indian journey in spite of me being such a bad host.
My cool nature was compared to that of an executioner and what she earnestly needed to get rid of me.The old love and hate game restarted.I as a matured man took it as the possible repercussion of her failing to disassociate me from my family and have me for herself entirely.
Naturally,I had to explain and keep cool.But her written attacks kept on mounting to the filthiest words possible by any sensible person.This in turn made me too inquisitive about the reasons behind irrational behavior.I tried my level best to reestablish the contacts with her,if not directly; then indirectly patiently and could bring her around to my specially created Facebook page just for two of us.
But as per the Facebook systems friends of friend can write any thing to or regarding you.I had no clues that 725 friends mostly associated with the unlawful sabotage against my own country,which was once described by the lady as heaven,were posting filthiest words.
We are Patriots and hold our glorious Motherland above everything,even our lives naturally.
As an strategy I started making friends with The' Catalonian Freedom Struggle Group'.But I was reported by her to the Facebook management that I was a fake identity and so I was suspended for being able to visit that page which consisted of 284 friends.However most of them became my Facebook friends on my wall which was totally genuine.I am now still having 296 friends there.
Indians were described as monkeys,who used to snatch/steal her breakfast while she was in Kerala Matha.She wanted to know how Pakistani were which were branded as Donkeys by one of very dear friend from the Valley of Kashmir.
Now I am being invited to visit Catalonia,which till recently was described by her as ruled by the worst possible oppressive officials.I am being assured that The are very guest friendly people and I shall find them entirely different from Spaniards.
I am planning to visit that place where very recently she asked me to come after selling all my assets in India and become a Guru.
